Student Leadership Development
We work with your selected students to implement positive culture change throughout your school. Our customizable student leadership workshop last from 90 minutes to a full day. Our passion lies in empowering students to reach their full potential. We understand how difficult it is to engage students in learning. We have developed a series of high-energy team building exercises and enlightening lessons on leadership, honor and engagement.
Orientations
Our orientations can be used to create a sustainable program that positively impacts the culture of your school and creates an emotionally safe student experience. Create a district wide initiative or individual program to improve communicate and solve problems to accomplish a common goal.

Teacher In-Service
Teachers aren’t looking for the same repetitive professional development trainings filled with binders, PowerPoints, and education statistics. Teachers want to:
- Engage in meaningful personal and professional development
- Learn relevant and applicable strategies that have a lasting impact in the classroom
- Have fun doing it
Using a combination of team building exercises and professional development training, our Teacher In-Service get teachers engaged and excited about learning. They will work together as a team, solving exercises designed to encourage communication and teamwork. Teachers will understand the importance of managing engagement rather than behavior and become empowered to develop their desired workplace culture. In this program teachers will receive useful tools and information, are inspired and have fun participating in something they know is valuable.
